Ken began selling, servicing and supporting Apple Computers and related products over 23 years ago here in Austin. "My first computer I ever sold was a Fat Mac, (A MAC 512 with a 800k Floppy Drive). From those very first days I fell in love with macs ease of use."
I always strived to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest with my customers. Back in the early days there was a joke, What is the difference between a used car salesman and a computer salesman? The used car salesman knew when he was lying. Computer salesmen would promises customers the world regarding the capability of the computers. I never did that. If I didn’t know for sure the answer I would tell the customer that I would go research the answer and get back with them. And if it meant loosing a sale that was OK, because I knew I was going to be around for a long time and people would remember my honesty with them and come back to me in the future. That philosophy seems to work because Mac Alliance has been in business for 19 years.
Brian has been working for Mac Alliance for 4 years. He has over 10 years of Apple computer experience. Brian came from Apple Computer, Inc. were he worked as a Telephone Support Tech for 2 years. Brian is very patient with all your questions and problems.
